What is the Role?
We have an exciting opportunity for a College Registrar to join the team and lead the end to end admissions and recruitment activities for the College. This will be a part-time position, 4 days per week (0.8 FTE), on a 12 month contract.

The successful applicant must have?

  • Experience in admissions, sales, marketing or similar roles
  • The ability to coordinate outstanding recruitment events and activities
  • Strong IT skills including database management and data reporting
  • Experience in using a relevant CRM package
  • Relationship management experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead a small team
  • Previous experience in an educational setting (very highly regarded)
  • Commitment to support the values and ethos of the College

Essential Selection Criteria 

  • Tertiary qualification in a related discipline, and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in an educational environment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing recruitment strategies and admissions processes to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills dealing with a wide range of people.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage a small team.
  • High degree of computer literacy with Microsoft Office suite, databases (Synergetic highly regarded), and digital platforms.

Successful applicants require a Victorian Working with Children's Check and National Police Check.­­­­­
