The role of Director, Student Experience is responsible for the management and operations of the Student Experience Division. This position provides strategic leadership to ensure students have access to a personalised and highly supportive learning environment by effectively engaging key internal and external stakeholders.
This role will contribute to the Institute’s focus on achieving operational excellence, as it plays a pivotal role in establishing high quality, innovative support for students that enriches the student experience through provision of seamless, client-focused, efficient and effective business related services.
The incumbent will also be responsible for the review and development of relevant administrative processes and policies, and the management of the Institute’s reporting obligations to Territory and Federal governments as is appropriate to the portfolio.
