Reporting to the Team Leader Customer Experience, the Senior Officer is responsible for the promotion of Accommodation Services to the broader communities in which they reside. Working closely with our Marketing and Business Development teams, this vital role ensures the ongoing viability and vibrancy of our residential communities.

In this role

You will b e required to:

  • Actively promote Accommodation Services to the broader communities in which they reside
  • Assist in the management of the Accommodation services CRM system
  • Deliver a range of specialist service support tasks and advise and assists internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver quarterly Residential Review and Bulletin publications
  • Work on varied tasks which require a sound working knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Monitor and maintain records/reports to meet both internal and external requirement
  • Ensure Accommodation Services marketing collateral is current and consistent with LTU branding
  • Reception and administrative support for a broader Accommodation Services team as required
The candidate

To be successful you will have:

A completion of a marketing, communications or related degree with subsequent relevant work experience. Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop excellent working relationships with colleagues, students and other stakeholders. Proven capacity to deliver high quality customer service in a timely manner. A solid understanding of desktop Publishing programmes, and knowledge of StarRez or a bookings system would be being Beneficial.
