About The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic, sales focused individual who will be responsible for growing this business and to host and promote the after-school, school holiday and online programs based in Melbourne. The successful candidate will have an understanding of the education sector and be confident to sell educational programs.

  • Location scouting to host the company's after-school holiday programs
  • Executing the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, booking meetings, conducting face-to-face and virtual meetings and converting sales
  • Cultivating and managing client relationships
  • Ongoing partnership management
  • Undertaking outbound marketing activities
  • Creating new initiatives and developing solutions to support business growth

About you

  • A thorough understanding of sales
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales
  • A proactive person who can work autonomously in order to achieve KPIs and the company's objectives
  • Previous face to face field sales experience
  • High energy and great attitude
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills - both written and verbal
  • Access to your own vehicle for transportation
