About the role:

The Organisational Learning and Development Advisor will design and deliver solutions to implement the Library's learning strategy and embed a learning culture throughout the organisation.

The role will provide leadership and strategic direction to Learning and Development, and be a source of subject matter expertise for the Library. This will involve working closely in consultation with the Library's Project Management Office, regarding program and design requirements and content development to drive organisational readiness.

The role is also responsible for identifying the training needs of both the individual, and the organisation. Following this, there is a responsibility to maintain, develop, coordinate and deliver training requirements for the organisation, as well as administering the online compliance training offering, all within a centralised Learning and Development budget.
