About the opportunity 

An opportunity has become available for a Project Officer to work within the School of Economics.

As the project officer, you will be responsible for the administration of the University of Sydney Node of the ARC Centre of Excellence for Children and Families over the Life Course (LCC) and research project administration for the LCC Node Leader or other senior colleagues as directed by the LCC Node Leader.  

Key responsibilities will include:
i ) the coordination and execution of research grant administration (financial and KPI reporting, budgets, HR support, purchasing);
ii) the coordination of grant applications and grant submissions; 
iii) the provision of other general administrative and operational support to the Node Leader and other senior academics within the LCC.

This position is based in the School of Economics at the University of Sydney in the research program on human capability formation and encompasses a broad range of issues, including child health and development; education; health; youths and risky behavior; employment outcomes; and family formation.
