A reshuffle of the Queensland Cabinet has resulted in a new Minister for Education, Cameron Dick, formerly Attorney-General and Minister for Industrial Relations. 

 

Mr Dick retains his role as Minister for Industrial Relations The portfolio includes Schools and Higher Education but not Training and TAFE.

 

Industrial Relations includes Workcover and Workplace Health and Safety.

 

He replaces Geoff Wilson who will take on the Health portfolio, previously held by Deputy Premier, Paul Lucas. Mr Lucas has become Attorney-General, Minister for Local Government and Special Minister of State.

 

In other changes, Annastacia Palaszczuk has taken on the Transport portfolio, in addition to Multicultural Affairs.
