About the role
It’s an exciting time to join the People and Culture (P&C) function at NESA. We are in a period of growth, transforming our operating model and service offerings to enable exceptional business outcomes. In addition to enhancing delivery of core operational services and pursuing new enabling technology solutions, the P&C team is responsible for designing and delivering an exciting agenda of strategic people priorities and programs.
Reporting to NESA’s Chief People Officer, the Recruitment Manager leads the development and implementation of modern, inclusive talent acquisition programs across NESA. This role oversees a team of specialists to provide high-quality recruitment services, and partners with NESA leaders to enhance hiring practices and talent acquisition outcomes.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to stand up a newly formed centralised recruitment team, standardise recruitment practices and services organisation-wide, and implement a range of new initiatives to support successful hiring outcomes. The successful candidate will drive innovative approaches to talent acquisition, contribute to building a strong employer brand, create diverse talent pipelines, leverage data insights and integrate new technologies to deliver organisational value.

About you

Your career history to-date is a direct outcome of your exceptional communication skills in offering expert advice and guidance. Your proactive and positive attitude, coupled with strong stakeholder management abilities, is crucial in fostering and sustaining collaborative and strategic relationships.
