Integrity Education Officer
Tennis is part of Australia’s cultural heritage; it contributes to the social cohesiveness of our communities and provides a safe, healthy, and social environment for Australians of all ages and abilities. At Tennis Australia (TA) we are passionate about what we do, and we have ambitious plans for how we can continue to grow our game and the positive impact it can have on society. To help us achieve this we are looking for an Integrity Education Officer to join our wider Integrity team on a full time, max-term basis.
In this role, you will provide support in relation to the promotion of role model behaviours within tennis in line with Tennis Australia’s national policies. You will provide education in relation to integrity threats, such as: member protection, the safeguarding of children and young people, anti-doping, anti-corruption and online abuse. You will help increase knowledge of the national policies that protect the integrity of our sport across Tennis Australia and the Member Associations and will play an integral part in maintaining and improving compliance with them.
Fostering a workplace that is diverse and equitable is a high priority for Tennis Australia. We strongly encourage women, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people who identify as LGBTQI, people with a disability and people from culturally diverse backgrounds to apply.
