About the Opportunity
The Manager, Exhibition Production is a leadership role that manages the exhibition production team and has oversight over the successful project management and delivery of the Library's suite of exhibitions.
In line with the exhibition strategy, this role will lead the delivery of production of exhibitions, managing design, installation, maintenance and deinstallation.
The Manager, Exhibition Production will be responsible for efficient resource allocation, ensuring activities are appropriately staffed, as well as maintaining accurate financial management records and providing regular reports to ensure projects delivered within budget.
About You
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, leading exhibition development and production, preferably within a collecting organisation.
An experienced project manager, the successful candidate will enjoy engaging with and managing multiple stakeholders.
You will have experience in leading people, providing timely feedback and coaching to drive an engaged team.
