We are seeking an exceptional professional with suitable experience to apply for this full-time position, commencing Term 1, 2021. 

The Head of Year is responsible for the welfare and academic progress of all students in their care and the management and direction of their Tutor team.

The role provides for an opportunity to develop positive relationships with students. Along with supporting students under their care academically, the Head of Year plays a significant role in enhancing each student’s emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing. The Head of Year is an active member of the BGS Community who engages proactively with staff, parents and community members to enhance the experience and environment of each student in their care.
