Land & Property Adviser

Our client is looking for a Land & Property Adviser to join their team. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager / Senior Land and Property Adviser this role is responsible for assisting in all matters relating to the identification, leasing and management of property and where necessary, disposal and acquisition of land for project purposes. The role will involve the provision of advice and assistance for both private, government and Crown land matters, and use of powers under the Major Transport Projects Facilitation Act 2009.

 You will also be:

  • Identifying affected owners of land and third-party interests
  • Site identification including title searches, investigating land status, and identifying project survey needs
  • Assisting with management of assets and land within the project
  • Developing documentation and project support material
  • Drafting briefs and statutory notices

You must be curious with the desire to self-help with proven organisational skills to keep trace of the status of difference projects and ensure these are completed on time and of course possess strong written communication ability to write professionally.

Those with experience in property valuation, property conveyancing, land and lease management, property officers, property focussed lawyers, survey, Crown and transaction or government land processes with exposure to major projects will be highly regarded.

The role will be offered on a 3-year fixed term contract with a salary of VPS-5in the area of $105K-$125K + superannuation. Immediate start.
