Learning Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Learning Coordinator to assist our L&D team (Learning@Boral) as we look to promote best practice training solutions across Boral Australia.

Joining our global award winning Learning team, you will be supported by collaborative colleagues who are focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

Reporting to the National Capability & Development Manager, key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the broader Learning@Boral team
  • Coordinating the delivery of L&D programs and be the contact for training logistics
  • Learning Management System (LMS) catalogue maintenance
  • Working in partnership with our external service providers and suppliers
  • Maintaining training records, data uploads and auditing in our LMS
  • Responding to support requests, inbox and hotlines queries
  • Lead communications processes and tools for Learning@Boral
  • Online development, support testing and review of online programs
  • Lead continuous improvement projects and project coordination for the team

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Proven ability and experience in a learning administration, executive assistant or an administration support role
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of Learning Management or HR Information Systems (desirable)
  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office - Google Suite
  • Experience with leading team communications, plans and tools
  • Knowledge and experience within Project delivery (desirable)
