UTS College's strategic objectives and sustainable growth you will monitor the international pathways education space, gather market intelligence and connect with stakeholders to create insights of relevance to the College.  This will include transnational partnership opportunities and product gaps that have the potential to generate growth opportunities for the College.

Using these insights and through amalgamating sector and TNE knowledge, academic insights from our Education team, and collaborative input from a variety of stakeholders, the Manager Product & Partnerships will lead and facilitate the co-development of partnership and product solutions that realise those growth opportunities.

 

What do you need to bring to the role?

If you have worked in a similar role for the last 5-7 years and have a strong understanding of the international education sector or comparable, with strong strategic analyst and business intelligence skills.  To be successful you will also have to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Entrepreneurial strategist with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Synthesises and translates diverse information into new product and partner insights
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills, where new and creative solutions are required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Highly effective relationship management skills, including collaboration, persuasion, diplomacy and negotiation
  • Developing comprehensive and commercially viable business cases
  • Planning, coordination, and project management skills
  • Leadership skills that align with the college's integral approach; people-centric, empowering, with individual accountability for ongoing growth and self-development
