Your role:

As a Training Systems Officer in the Navy, you'll utilise your existing Secondary Education qualifications to work as part of a team providing support to Navy's large, diverse and complex training systems. You may also be able to be sponsored to finish your university degree. You’ll be responsible for identifying competency needs and developing programs in order to meet Navy operational capability.

Your duties include, but aren’t limited to:

• Develop, design and evaluate training solutions and workplace assessment processes
• Training management and governance
• Facilitate the training and development of instructors across the Navy
• Identify individual competency needs
• Administration of training and assessment systems
• Provide advice on education and training policy

Salary:

Upon completion of your initial military and employment training, you’ll enjoy a salary package starting from $87,989.
