The role

We are in search for someone exceptional, who has retail & change management experience.  The role focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles and organisation structures.  You will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Create and implement change management strategies, along-side training plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance for new initiatives
  • Collaborate with key project owners to identify change management strategies and training needs
  • Design, develop, and ensure the effective delivery and review of appropriate learning solutions in line with anticipated organisational development needs, associated with new initiatives
  • Present in-person and online training sessions
  • Support and engage Senior Leaders, Coach Managers and Supervisors
  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

The successful candidate

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process within the retail industry, as well as possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Cert IV Training & Assessment
  • Retail experience
  • Change management experience
  • Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Customer and results focused
