The Role

• Continuing, Full Time
• $67,481 to $114,117 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
• Bathurst, Dubbo, Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga

Contribute to the collaborative scholarly environment of the School of Indigenous Australian Studies through engaged, dynamic teaching, and relevant and connected scholarship and research.

This position may also be offered as a Scholarly Teaching Fellow under Clause 30 of the Charles Sturt University Enterprise Agreement 2018-2021. Applicants who are employed on a casual or fixed term basis with at least 12 months of academic employment within the last three years, and who have never held an ongoing position at an Australian University are strongly encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will be appointed to a teaching research work function unless employed under the Scholarly Teaching Fellow condition where a teaching focussed appointment may be allocated.

The School of Indigenous and Australian Studies is located on the Dubbo campus and develops, delivers and promotes Indigenous Australian Studies to all students studying at CSU. The School develops research and consultancy links with local communities, institutions, services and agencies, together with national and international scholarly communities.
