The Role

  • Full Time, Fixed Term (up to 3 years)
  • Senior remuneration package in the range of $152,682 to $190,853
  • Albury-Wodonga or Wagga Wagga

As Director, External Engagement you will represent and advocate for the University in the local community, helping us to achieve our mission "for the public good".

We are seeking a leader who is passionate about the transformative role of higher education and research in the development of our regions, and enthusiastic about driving the University to engage effectively with its broad regional communities, industries and government to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

To be successful you will have:

  • Background in identifying, building and sustaining strong partnerships
  • Expertise in facilitating stakeholder engagement to deliver results
  • Track record of providing strategic leadership in a complex environment
  • Understanding of the local landscape including social, political and economic environment
