The Role

  • Continuing, Full Time
  • $92,117 to $109,391 p.a. (plus super.)
  • Wagga Wagga

Utilising blended models of subject delivery at undergraduate and postgraduate levels you will undertake an academic teaching load in an area of expertise within the School's Medical Science teaching program including Professional Placement and one or more of the following: Clinical Biochemistry, Histology, Haematology & Blood Transfusion.

A key aspect to this role includes establishing and progressing an active profile in the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning as aligned to the strategic direction of the School of Biomedical Sciences Participation in the administration and ongoing curriculum development of courses offered by the School of Biomedical Sciences will also be expected.

To be successful you will have:

  • A doctoral or masters qualification appropriate to Medical Science or equivalent accreditation and standing
  • A record of research/creative works or professional activity relevant to the discipline
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of Medical Science or a relevant sub-discipline gained through industry experience and/or scholarly activities or similar
  • Evidence of the delivery of high-quality student-centred learning and teaching
