The Educational Leader is a key member of the Children’s Services leadership team and has the responsibility of providing an environment that is safe and provides a rich and diverse range of experiences which promote learning and care.
The Educational Leader is responsible for:
This role will also partner with the Centre Coordinator to undertake the day-to-day operational responsibilities of the centre. In the absence of the Centre Coordinator, this position may be required to provide leadership for the centre and the education team. As a VIT registered teacher, in the absence of the Kindergarten Teacher on any given day, the Educational Leader will provide operational support to meet the legislative requirements for service delivery
