Lin Huddleston Ovarian Cancer Research Fellowship

 

Cancer Council SA is inviting applications for the inaugural Lin Huddleston Ovarian Cancer Research Fellowship for scientific research that contributes to reducing the burden of ovarian cancer. The Fellow’s work needs to be of national importance, in line with the National Action Plan for Ovarian Cancer Research.

The Fellow will also need to mentor future researchers in this field, and drive national collaborations as part of the work.  A requirement of the trust is that the researcher needs to be based in South Australia.

A five year term grant payment, of $100,000 per annum will be awarded as a contribution towards salary, maintenance and on-costs.

Applicants need to be involved in cancer research, have published in the scientific literature and be able to demonstrate support from the South Australia institution.
