UNSW Law seeks expressions of interest from leading researchers in law

UNSW Law welcomes expressions of interest from world class legal and interdisciplinary scholars seeking employment at the level of Professor. This forms part of a decade long University wide global recruitment drive that will build the research and teaching strengths of UNSW Law.

About the role

We are seeking expressions of interest from world leading researchers in law suitable for appointment at the level of Professor. Full time and part time (minimum 0.4 fraction) employment options are available.

If you think that a career at UNSW Law is right for you, please express interest by providing your CV, copies of or links to up to three leading publications and details of three referees. Please include a brief statement outlining:

  • your field of law;
  • your post-graduate qualifications;
  • your record of high impact research;
  • evidence of actual or potential engagement with law reform, the legal profession or similar; and
  • how you would contribute to the Faculty’s teaching and research, including by way of supporting the work of early career researchers and building the Faculty’s strengths in your field of law.

This expressions of interest process forms the initial round of recruitment for positions within the Faculty. Successful applicants will be nominated to the University for appointment.
