We are looking for a committed and innovative  Assistant Director of Teaching & Learning (years 7 -12) who will contribute to maximising student success and drive teaching and learning based professional development across the Senior School.

Reporting to the Director of Teaching & Learning (7 -12) and working in partnership to deliver the school’s educational priorities, you will articulate a clear educational vision and demonstrate passion for the development of an educational approach that meets the needs of all students. You will also work closely with the Heads of Faculties to motivate and inspire teachers to learn and lead learning, bringing vision to life and encouraging a culture of innovation, professionalism and collaboration.
