It is a full-time & ongoing position, with a starting date ASAP.
The ideal candidate will:
- be experienced teaching maths, including to VCE students. This includes mathematical methods and specialist mathematics;
- have experience in a leadership position (course coordinator, head of maths, etc);
- be willing to help and share his knowledge, skills & methods with other teachers;
- be able to engage and generate student's passion for mathematics;
- open-minded and happy to work with students coming from various multicultural backgrounds.

The head of mathematics must:
- be registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching;
- have a teaching degree;
- have valid working rights.
