You will make a real difference within Wyndham’s diverse community as you work in collaboration with service partners and users to ensure that Wyndham’s Early Education and Care Services are integrated, accessible and responsive to community needs.

You will be responsible for managing a range of early childhood programs including Kindergarten and Occasional Care as well as engaging with a range of partners to enable the development and delivery of new services.

Your relevant qualifications and experience along with your knowledge of the early childhood sector and skills in staff leadership and management will assist you to support the ongoing provision of high quality, responsive and integrated early years services in Wyndham.

Your ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders across all levels of Government and community, together with your skills in service development and planning will be critical to ensuring your success in this position. In addition, your passion for working with families and children of Wyndham, your ability to lead and motivate staff, engage with service delivery partners and your ability to work as part of a team are key attributes for this role.

You will require a current Working with Children Check and undertake a Police Check
