About the Role
The Centre for Transforming Early Education and Child Health is a Western Sydney University Strategic Research Initiative. We welcome applications for a Senior Research Fellow to manage an exciting new program of research called 'Thrive': Finishing School Well' project.

'Thrive' is a cross-disciplinary project focused on understanding and addressing education disadvantage. This program of work has been funded by the Paul Ramsay Foundation and will be conducted in partnership with the University of Technology and the NSW Department of Education.

This is a full-time, fixed-term appointment for 3.5 years based at the Westmead Campus.

About You
We welcome applications from candidates with a Doctoral degree in education or social sciences, a demonstrated success in attracting research income (national competitive research grants and/or collaborative public sector or industry funding and generating high quality, peer-reviewed publications with demonstrated leadership skills and excellent organisational and project management skills.

Remuneration Package: Academic Level C $159,423 to $182,877 p.a. (comprising Salary of $134,850 to $154,896 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading).
