About the Role
Western is looking to appoint a Senior Executive Assistant to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research, Enterprise and International).

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing aspects of the DVCREI’s office including diary management, travel, document preparation, briefing notes and will be the first point of contact to the general public, students and staff on behalf of the DVCREI. In addition, this position will be required to provide support to committees and to assist with event management when required.

This is a full-time position based at our Parramatta campus.

Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in supporting a senior executive in a complex and high work volume environment. You should have the ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality and to both problem solve and make decisions whilst working independently.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 7 $113,831 to $122,779 p.a. (comprising Salary of $96,189 to $103,750 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading).
