The Analytics Officer is expected to support the effective utilisation of data from sources internal and external to La Trobe to provide forecasting and informed analysis on international and local markets, competitors, customers and products to inform the provision of strategic advice to the University.

The candidate
To be the successful candidate you will have:
A degree in mathematics, statistics, marketing or other relevant discipline areas. Demonstrated experience in the management and delivery of a market analysis or market research function in a complex organisation including (but not limited to) responsibility for data procurement, data analysis and interpretation and report production. Highly developed analytical, research, and problem solving skills including the analysis and interpretation of data. You will have good interpersonal skills and experience with analytical, statistical and graphical computer packages.
