We offer an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer / Senior Lecturer, Virology & Viral Disease to join our world-leading institution at James Cook University (JCU). About the position
Joining a dynamic team of professionals, you will contribute to undergraduate and post-graduate teaching of Virology and viral disease across a broad range of courses including integrated Medical and Veterinary Curricula; Biomedical Sciences; Medical Laboratory Science; Pharmacy; Nursing; and Dentistry. You will also have unprecedented research opportunities in the discipline through collaborations between the various colleges within the Division of Tropical Health and Medicine; access to the nearby Townsville Hospital; and the Australian Institute of Tropical Health and Medicine.

As an enthusiastic, qualified academic you will have a PhD (or equivalent higher research degree) in a relevant area of science and will enjoy playing an active role in ensuring continuous quality improvement of curriculum, teaching resources and learning/ teaching approaches.
