Coordinator - Pathways 

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Coordinator- Pathways supports the development and implementation, of the University’s academic pathway programs support systems and policies in consultation with the Faculties and Divisions.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO

  • Provide program and project advice to develop and manage pathways and systems with University Faculties and Divisions.
  • Develop and support pathways including implementation plans for each Faculty and internal committees.
  • Oversee the design and management of pathway systems, including CPL databases, pathways databases for international and domestic partners, guidelines and partnership management databases.
  • Initiate policy projects relevant to pathways partnership development and prepare draft reports as required.


ABOUT YOU

  • A relevant undergraduate degree with relevant experience /or extensive experience in the development of successful academic programs across different areas of a university, or equivalent combination.
  • Current and sound knowledge of the higher education and/or vocational and technical education sectors and its strategic imperatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple initiatives/projects in the development and maintenance of effective education pathways.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships within the University across all levels of the organisational hierarchy.
