Do you take pride in your leadership and program management skills? We’re currently seeking an efficient individual to fill one of the newly-created Education Team Leader positions within CSIRO Education and Outreach team, and it would be an exciting opportunity for you to be actively involved in CSIRO's Generation STEM programs.
Generation STEM is a $25 million 10-year initiative, working collaboratively with industry, government and education sectors to support, train and retain students in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) career pathways. Currently three programs are being delivered in various locations throughout NSW as part of the initiative – STEM Community Partnerships Program (STEM CPP), Deadly in Generation STEM, and Generation STEM Links.
As one of the two Education Team Leaders, you will work closely with the other Team Leader and the Program Manager to ensure these initiatives are delivered on time and they meet the specific KPIs. A key focus of your role would be managing day-to-day operations of the team, which includes managing, coaching/mentoring & training staff, strategy planning and playing a vital role in the leadership & growth of the Generation STEM programs.

Location: Eveleigh or Newcastle, NSW (other Sydney locations may be considered)
Salary: AU$105K – AU$114K pa + up to 15.4% superannuation
