Join CSIRO Education & Outreach as an Education Specialist within the New Programs Team and work as part of a multi-skilled team to develop and deliver the GFG Foundation Student Programme in Tahmoor NSW.
This is a satisfying opportunity to deliver a 20-week programme curriculum for two secondary school student cohorts. You will be responsible for delivering training to industry mentors and providing ongoing support of mentor participation in the programme. You will be part of a collaborative group, where you will offer support to colleagues for the expansion of the programme to other locations.
As the Education Specialist, you will be part of the excitement and fully involved, being required to travel weekly to Tahmoor, NSW, during the delivery period of the programme. The role may also require additional intrastate or interstate travel for other GFG Foundation Student programme delivery and stakeholder engagement meetings/events.
Location: Sydney, regional locations in NSW close to Wollondilly Shire or Canberra, ACT
Salary: AU $89,680 - $101,459 plus up to 15.4% superannuation
Tenure: Specified term until 31 December 2025. Full Time or Part Time hours (from 0.6 FTE)
