NRA Environmental Consultants, an independent Australian company established in 1984 with a reputation for providing credible high quality services, employs dedicated environmental practitioners who use their expertise in natural resource management to provide practical solutions for our industry, resource and government clients.

As part of our ongoing development, NRA Environmental Consultants is seeking candidates for an ecologist role in our Cairns or Townsville office. Applicants should have appropriate tertiary qualifications and no less than 5 years’ relevant experience (fauna and reporting skills will be highly regarded).

Candidates should possess the intellectual skills, technical proficiency and wisdom necessary to make a positive contribution to the NRA team. Candidates will need to demonstrate experience in applied studies, problem solving, and excellent technical report writing and communication skills necessary for working as part of a professional team.

Individuals seeking employment at NRA will need to be self-motivated, have a keen interest in the application of their knowledge to environmental issues and be dedicated to assisting our clients to fulfil their obligations.
