Training Officer 

 

City of Darwin is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Training Officer to join its Human Resource and Safety team.

Reporting to the Organisational Development Lead, this exciting role requires the successful candidate to develop, facilitate and evaluate a range of in-house training programs; develop and implement administrative processes, including databases, to ensure training activities and statutory licencing and skills requirements are accurately recorded and reported on; and formulate regular statistical and other reports for various audiences. 

The successful candidate will possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and previous experience in the delivery of training programs, experience in maintaining databases to ensure accuracy of information for reporting requirements and a high level of experience in Microsoft Office programs including PowerPoint to update presentations that are fit for purpose and audience.
