The City of Stonnington is seeking a permanent full time Team Leader for our Malvern Library based on High Street in Malvern.
Leading Council's most highly utilised Library you will be responsible for the daily operation of the Library, including supervising staff, managing the branch collection and ensuring the building and equipment is maintained to a high standard.
You will also be actively involved in library events held at the branch including assisting with planning, development and delivery of programs.
You will provide a high level of customer based service and experience to all library users, responding to and resolving any conflicts according to appropriate timeframes and policies to ensure the smooth operation of the Library within a self-service environment.
As an experienced Team Leader you will oversee the effective operation of the Malvern Library and manage the branch plan and staff development programs, working alongside internal business units to facilitate, promote and participate in the successful delivery of key engagement activities and services.
You will naturally build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders including community groups and internal business units to guarantee optimum use of Library resources and services.
