The City of Stonnington is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated Early Years professional for our Childcare Coordinator maternity leave vacancy. 

As the Childcare Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring safe and quality Early Years Services that responses to community needs, promote and market the services and manage the allocation and workflow of all Early Years staff to ensure child ratios are maintained in accordance with Regulations and maximise service viability. You will also be responsible for budget management, committing to Council’s Child Safe Standards and effective communication internally and with external customers and contacts.

To be successful in this position, you will possess a tertiary qualification in Early Childhood, have proficient knowledge in State and Federal Early Years policies, regulations and legislation, experience analysing and preparing Council reports related to childcare issues and have exception interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a team.
