The Ingham Institute for Applied Medical Research (the Institute) is a not-for-profit organisation located in Sydney's South West that undertakes medical research that specifically addresses, and can be applied to, the needs of the local population and wider Australia.  The Institute is a unique collaboration between the South Western Sydney Local Health District, the University of Western Sydney and the University of NSW Australia that aims to create hope through health research.

The Respiratory, Sleep and Environmental Health (RSEH) research group is closely associated with the clinical Department of Respiratory and Sleep Medicine at Liverpool Hospital, which has been awarded the status of Academic Unit by the South Western Sydney Local Health District. The Department is an integrated unit comprising physicians, specialist nurses, allied health care workers, and clinical and research scientists. Most of these are involved in both clinical care and research.  The group also includes epidemiologists and a biostatistician.

RSEH is looking to appoint a Research Manager to join its team. The overarching role of the Research Manager is to support the researchers in the Respiratory, Sleep and Environmental Health Research Group in implementing its strategic plan.
