An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and suitably qualified individual who has extensive knowledge of procurement and contract management to lead the Strategic Procurement Team.
You will lead a small team and partner with business units to promote sector collaborative and sustainable procurement opportunities. You will build expertise across the organisation to achieve effective outcomes focused on procurement, robust governance and risk mitigation and improved procurement and contract management practices.
In addition, you will oversee the ongoing development and improvement of the Council’s centre-led procurement function. You will play an integral part in ensuring Council is compliant with its legislative obligations.
