About the opportunity? 

We are in a period of exciting and significant investment in our Faculty of Medicine and Health and in order to deliver on the University’s ambitious strategic plan, we are looking for Administration and Facilities Officers to join the Clinical Schools located across Concord Clinical School at Concord and Nepean Clinical School based at Nepean.

Under the broad direction of the Clinical School Manager, dotted line to the Coordinator, Facilities & IT Management, some of your responsibilities will be:

  • perform front-of-house reception and general administrative support for the Clinical School
  • coordinate day-to-day operational matters related to the Clinical School and the local facilities.  This includes accepting and managing internal and external stakeholder bookings, managing reception and directing enquiries as appropriate
  • provide administrative support to the Clinical School under the direction of the Clinical School Manager, including maintaining databases, preparing documents and records, and providing operational activities to support the medical program of Sydney Medical School.
