About the opportunity
The position has responsibility for improving the health promotion and access to health care for International students. The position will facilitate the delivery of quality student directed health promotion and health education programs, and engagement strategies within the international student cohort. The position will work across service reporting boundaries to promote health access and information development.
The University Health Service provides general practitioner and associated services to enrolled University of Sydney students and staff. This position is managed under the Director, University Health Service. It is a key promotional role which involves working with the practice and unit managers/leads, in the development, implementation and evaluation of health promotion and health education programs for international students.

Student Support Services (SSS) assist students' achievement of educational goals, retention and success at University through personal, financial and instrumental support, and through encouraging development of independence and personal resilience. SSS act as a point of contact for the University and Faculty regarding support for students, dealing with complex student presentations, and for advice regarding policy and procedure developments and the likely impact on student wellbeing.
