About the opportunity
A vacancy has arisen to work within the Research Reporting Analysis and Data Systems (RRADS) Department. As an Associate Director – External Benchmarks, you will be responsible for leading and managing the University’s relationship with external benchmarking companies and Government to optimize he University’s rankings aligned to the strategic University goals. Having excellent communication skills, the incumbent will lead the University engagement and negotiations with key external benchmarking agencies, and work with them to align their requirements with the University’s data collection, analysis and reporting systems. You will be required to facilitate research benchmarking surveys and responses for external benchmarking agencies, as well as reporting to the University Executive Research committee on key benchmarking provider requirements, trends and interpretations.
