The Role:
BKI is seeking an experienced and passionate HR Business Partner to join their team.
This position will effectively partner with BKI managers and employees providing services, advice and guidance to the business to enable them to meet their business objectives.

Building strong, honest relationships and taking on challenges with tenacity and drive will be key to success in this role.
Qualification:
Tertiary qualifications, preferably in a HR related area. 5+ years' experience in Human Resources (including recruitment) with at least two years working in a dedicated Business Partner role.
