THE OPPORTUNITY

Salary: $250,000 - $280,000 per annum, pro rata.
Time Fraction: Full Time, 1.0 EFT.  
Location: Chadstone campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
Position Status: 3-year contract of employment with a qualifying period.

Holmesglen is a recognised leader in the provision of Vocational and Higher Education in Victoria, delivering nationally and internationally.

The Executive Director of Engagement and Support, reporting to the Chief Executive, will ensure the delivery of an integrated suite of services supporting the core business and commercial objectives of the Institute.

This role will actively participate as a member of the Executive team, providing expert advice on strategy, policy, procedures, planning, and operations to ensure the Institute achieves its stated strategic goals, objectives, and business continuity.

ABOUT YOU

  • Possess relevant academic qualifications and extensive management experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of current issues in VET and higher education related to student engagement.
  • Proficiency in student-facing records systems, admissions, and enrolment compliance.
  • Thorough knowledge of equal opportunity, occupational health and safety, bullying, harassment, and privacy legislation.
  • Proven expertise in managing the student lifecycle at tertiary education levels.
  • Successful track record in developing and executing marketing strategies, including online and social media.
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and effective use of Customer Relationship Management systems.
