We are seeking an experienced leader to join the City's library management team to oversee our network of 11 library service points, help open and launch the new Darling Square library and to develop and implement strategic directions to support our communities to grow, learn, create and connect.
You will be responsible for frontline library services across the City, including the development of high performing branch teams, and for developing a future focussed, accessible and sustainable library service.
To be successful you will have exceptional communication and influencing skills, strong experience in managing workplace change and a passion and commitment to libraries and learning.
