About the Role

We are looking for an outstanding educator to join our team from Term 1, 2022 in the role of Leader of Student Wellbeing (Level 3 POR). The Leader of Student Wellbeing will lead the wellbeing and pastoral care programs for the whole school and this includes ensuring that the needs of all students are central to the programs developed, as well as supporting the professional learning of staff to best support their students.

This role is an opportunity for the right person with a strong commitment to student wellbeing to further champion and develop the progressive student wellbeing program at St John's. Student wellbeing is very important to us and is deeply embedded into the culture of St John's and the Leader of Student Wellbeing will ensure that this continues to grow and develop.

Skills and Experience

We are seeking an educator who possesses experience in successfully leading and implementing student wellbeing initiatives as well as an exceptional teaching record. You are someone with the ability to connect with the community, and you are able to lead and inspire others to achieve first class service for our students and families.
