We now have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in the Technology Solutions Directorate. This is a full time and continuing role, based at the Townsville Bebegu Yumba campus. 

WHAT YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH IN THE ROLE
You will help improve the student experience by continually improving business processes and the systems that serve them. This will involve close ongoing collaboration with business, academic and technical staff to understand business needs, and define business processes and solution features. You will be an active agent in agile, outcome-focused teams, often as the conduit between business and technical realms.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
With a postgraduate qualification in a business related area (or progress towards), extensive knowledge and extensive experience with project lifecycles and business analysis techniques, you will be proficient in business process re-engineering with demonstrated capacity to undertake complex analysis related to information systems. Excellent organisational and time management skills with high-level communication and problem solving abilities will also be essential to succeed in this rewarding role.
