A new Australian lab will take a high-tech look at the process of learning.

The University of Melbourne has officially unveiled the new Science of Learning Research Classroom, which is part of the Australian Research Council Science of Learning Research Centre.

The Science of Learning Research Classroom is specifically designed to closely monitor and study student interactions, bringing together researchers from the fields of neuroscience and education.

The exciting facility allows researchers to record and analyse student and teacher interactions during a lesson, without disrupting the learning process.

The aim is for researchers to be able to test new learning techniques and technologies along with student responses.

More information is available on the lab’s official site.
